Refund Policy

Offscript is provided by Claes Kjeldsmark. Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

Requesting a refund

We follow Paddle's Refund Policy, including its 14-day consumer withdrawal period where applicable. Eligibility, timing, digital-service exceptions and statutory rights are described in that policy. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

To request a refund, visit paddle.net and provide your purchase email and order or transaction details. Paddle reviews and processes requests under its policy. For help locating a purchase, contact Claes Kjeldsmark.

Cancellation is separate

Canceling your subscription stops its next renewal but does not itself request a refund. You can cancel from Subscriptions → Manage or cancel subscription. You keep access through the paid period unless a refund or other lawful termination changes that entitlement.
