1. Who provides Offscript

Offscript is provided by Claes Kjeldsmark. You contract with Claes Kjeldsmark for access to the speaking practice service. By creating an account or continuing to use Offscript, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, or have permission from a parent or guardian where applicable.

2. Accounts and practice

Keep your account details accurate and your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Offscript offers speaking prompts, AI-generated coaching, and progress tracking. Free includes 2 practice minutes per day with random subjects; Premium includes 25 minutes per day with subject choice; Max includes unlimited practice with subject choice. Future perks are not guaranteed. Daily allowances reset according to your timezone and do not carry over.

3. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected, and renew automatically until canceled. The checkout shows the applicable local price, billing period and taxes before you pay. Paddle's Buyer Terms govern payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics. Cancel through Subscriptions → Manage or cancel subscription, or through Paddle support. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues until the paid period ends, unless a refund or other lawful termination applies. See our Refund Policy.

4. Responsible use and AI

Do not use Offscript for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, harassment, hate speech, non-consensual deepfakes, malware, infringement, or attempts to bypass AI safeguards. Do not interfere with security, probe vulnerabilities without permission, scrape the service, evade practice limits, or resell access. You are responsible for having rights to your speech and inputs, and for how you use and verify AI feedback. Feedback may be inaccurate and is educational coaching, not medical, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

5. Intellectual property

Claes Kjeldsmark retains rights to Offscript's software, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You retain your rights to your inputs. You permit temporary processing of speech solely to provide transcription and coaching; raw recordings and transcripts are not persisted by Offscript. You may use your feedback, but AI outputs may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection. Report rights-holder complaints to hello@meetoffscript.com. We may restrict or remove infringing derived content and suspend repeated infringers.

6. Availability and suspension

We aim to provide a useful service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or a particular improvement in speaking ability. We may refuse or filter unsafe outputs, restrict derived content, and suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or serious or repeated policy violations. Statutory consumer rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

7. Privacy, changes and contact
